Eric Ossorio

Broker

There are many ways to make the most out of Big Sky Real Estate opportunities and Eric prides himself in knowing them. From his role in creating perpetual trail easements throughout Big Sky to his years of service on the Gallatin Canyon/Big Sky Zoning Advisory Board, Eric has a unique and in depth knowledge of the area. It is this knowledge that serves as platform for helping his clients make informed real estate decisions.

A Big Sky realtor for over 19 years, Eric has served as the exclusive listing agent for the ski in ski out lots in Boyne¹s Cascade Highlands, developed a sales plan for and sold out the Spanish Peaks Club Condominiums and listed, sold and further subdivided some of the largest tracts of land to ever convey in Big Sky. Eric is known for his attention to detail. ³This business is much more than selling a property. It¹s guiding the client through the process from assessing zoning rights, access and easements issues, to understanding and feeling comfortable with today¹s variable market conditions² says Eric. ³It¹s the little nuances that or so important but are easily overlooked by many. It is important to ensure for the buyer a seamless transaction that doesn¹t come back to haunt them later².

In terms of sales, Eric ranks amongst the top Big Sky agents and consistently matches the right people to the right properties. This might range from a Meadow or Mountain home, condo or lot, to a recent $12 million sale in the Yellowstone Club one of the highest priced homes to ever sell there. Eric has maintained his rank in the top 5% of all Prudential Agents nationwide during the ongoing recession.

Eric attended the Greenwich Country Day School, Saint Mark's School, Vassar College including studies at Wharton. Prior to his relocation to Big Sky he was a Broker with Cushman and Wakefield of New York. He currently serves on the Gallatin Canyon Zoning Advisory Board, where he was an original appointee for the Gallatin County Commission upon implementation of the Gallatin County/Big Sky Zoning District in 1996 and is a member of the Gallatin Association of Realtors and MLS. He is fluent in French and Norwegian. He and his wife Stacy have three college aged children and remain full time residents of Big Sky. Eric and Stacy do not compete with their clients by trading in Real Estate.
