Her local knowledge of Madison County stems from growing up on cattle ranches in both the Madison Valley and Ruby Valley. She also worked for a local title company so she has a through knowledge of the ‘closing process.’ In addition, Shylea has a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and has worked professionally in the agricultural lending and economic consulting industries. Her experience with financial lending, mortgage payment options and investment analysis will be helpful in assisting you finance or invest in a property.

Because Shylea has lived, worked and traveled out-of-state she can identify with client’s intrigue of this area. She believes in educating the buyer or the seller about the local real estate market. Sharing information about financial value, as well as, the recreational value and other intrinsic opportunities may help clients make the best “investment” or financial decision.

One business they own and operate is a local horseback/outfitting business and she often quips “as a guide it is my job to make the right fit for horse and rider; with real estate it is my job to fit people with property”.
