There is forest service access off of the nearby Red Hill Road that gives residents and visitors access to thousands of acres in the Lewis
and Clark National Forest. Six miles south of Lewistown lies the 3rd largest spring in the world .Big Spring Creek flows from this spring and is one of the best blue ribbon creeks in Montana. Thirty miles SW of town in the Big Snowy Mountains is Crystal Lake that is a perfect setting for camping, fishing and hiking. If climbing is your passion, try taking on Judith Peak at 6,247 ft. in the Judith Range. Also, make sure to take advantage of the
Charles M. Russell Wildlife Refuge that is located in the nearby Missouri Breaks, The ranch lies within hunting district 411.

Water Rights

Any mineral rights appurtenant to the subject property and owned by the Seller will transfer to the Buyer at closing.

Water Resources

Flatwillow Creek meanders through the property approximately 5/8 of a mile and offers some nice fishing, as well as water for stock and wildlife. There are also springs on the ranch that could be developed further. There are stock water rights out of Flatwillow Creek that will transfer with the property at closing.
